Accommodation in our apartments is located in a separate storey apartment building with a total of six apartments (3 apartments on each floor) and a wellness area in the center of the small village of Vlčková, which is located approx. 10 kilometers northeast of the center of the regional town Zlín and 5 km from the Lešná Zoo to the most beautiful places in Moravia and the most visited garden in the Czech Republic. The originality of the ZOO is the division of the area according to continents. Connection with the city is provided by a regular bus line that stops right in front of our apartments. Part of the equipment of the Maple, Walnut, Oak and Chestnut apartments is a private infrared sauna directly in each apartment, which can be used by the lodgers at any time for free and thus make their stay with us more pleasant. There is no infrared sauna in the room in the Třešňový apartment. In the summer months, you can relax with us and relax on a deckchair by the outdoor above-ground pool, which is right in front of the apartments.

For all apartments, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Mon-Sun), the "Relaxation Wellness Zone" is available for a fee, where you can find a whirlpool, a carbon sauna, a Finnish sauna, a heating bench, a Kneipp walkway, a cooling barrel and an ice bucket. Upon prior agreement, it is possible for our accommodated clients to order WELLNESS privately outside of the specified time, so that they can enjoy the relaxation in privacy. Wellness can also be used for regular repeated private visits of unaccommodated closed groups of 4-6 people.

It is also possible to use a MASSAGE by an experienced therapist in our apartments to allow regeneration of the whole body. Our "Deep Tissue" massages are intended for everyone. 

Right next to the apartment there is a common outdoor terrace, where in the summer months there is a sandpit with toys, a slide, bouncers, a scooter, various swings and a trampoline available for children. On the terrace, a fireplace with a grill, Russian skittles, footballs, darts, a basketball hoop, a parasol and complete outdoor furniture are prepared for clients from all apartments. In front of the apartments you will also find an outdoor above-ground pool with sunbeds.

In case of bad weather, you can use our wellness zone, party games or read a book from our library. 

It is also possible with children to use the municipal outdoor playground just a few meters from our apartments (right behind the fire station) and another children's playground can be found in the area of ​​the natural swimming pool near the Koliby building at the end of the village.

The outdoor facility is completely enclosed and fenced.

In winter, for skiing enthusiasts, the Troják, Tesák, Trnava, Rusava, Pozděchov, Jasenka and Zlín ski slopes are within 10 km of our apartments, mainly with artificial snow and the possibility of evening skiing. For example, the cross-country tracks from the Troják ski area are led in both directions along the ridge to Tesák, Tři kameny, Hostýn up to Bystřice p.H. On the opposite side to Bludný, Čečetkov, Lazy up to Valašské Meziříčí. The Hostýnská highway offers 52 km of marked and groomed cross-country trails.

Tourist routes not only around Vlčková are suitable for pedestrians, but also for cycling and cross-country skiing. For summer recreation, the area of ​​the natural swimming pool with Koliba refreshments is used here.

 The valley where the village of Vlčková is located is crossed by the Kameňák stream and is lined with the hills of the protected landscape area of ​​the Hostýnské vrchy.

In the western direction, the signs are directed to the ruins of Lukov Castle, or further on to the ZOO Zlín Lešná, which is one of the most beautiful places in Moravia and one of the most visited gardens in the Czech Republic. The originality of the ZOO is the division of the area according to continents.

Right in the village you can see several original Wallachian wooden houses and a chapel with a cross, opposite which the apartments are located. At the end of August, the legendary Barum rally Zlín regularly passes through the village (the object is right next to an attractive part in the middle of the village).

You can also get to know the local landscape using the Hostýnské vrchy Nature Trail. The natural science-historical educational trail introduces visitors to the attractions of the central part of the Hostýnské vrchy, it is 18 km long and can be completed on foot, by bike, and in winter, by cross-country skiing. You can also visit the nearby lookouts Maruška, Vartovna, Kelčský Javorník. The goal of the lookouts is to increase the tourist attractiveness of the Hostýnské vrchy and offer an unusual view of the region.

Hostýnské vrchy, with its slightly undulating ridges, is a very popular recreation area, offering a number of recreational and sports opportunities throughout the year. The entire area is criss-crossed by a network of marked trails for hiking and cycling, which are used by cross-country skiers in the winter. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can choose from a large number of marked trails. Enthusiasts for mushroom picking or cross-country and downhill skiing will find ideal terrain here.

The villages and towns of the Hostýn Hills live a rich cultural life dominated by folk traditions. In addition to carnivals, witch burnings or other merry holidays and interesting events, the cultural offer of the region also includes several interesting museum exhibits dedicated to history, such as the Wooden Porcelain Museum in Držková, Lešná Castle, Vizovice Castle, Bystřice pod Hostýnem Castle, Holešov Castle, and other tourist attractions and natural attractions. The area is rich in cultural monuments from the earliest times (remains of a Celtic opid in Hostýn), through the ruins of medieval castles (Lukov, Šaumburk, Obřany) to a number of technical monuments such as the forest clause for rafting wood near Rajnochovice, the Rajnochovická železnice, or miles on coal production or even war monuments, such as the partisan bunker near Mikulůvka. The forests and meadows of the Hostýn Hills hide many real natural treasures. In Čerňava you can meet massive trees that are up to 280 years old, and the memorable linden tree in Kateřinice has a respectable trunk circumference of 630 cm.

Within a driving distance of up to 50 km, we can also find other interesting places for trips, such as the Baťův canal, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm with its open-air museum, Hermitages with a path in the clouds, Queen Hané, the city of Olomouc with the town hall with the astronomical clock tower and the Holy Trinity column included in the UNESCO list or the beautiful town of Kroměříž with its castle and gardens, which is also on the UNESCO list.

The name Hostýnské vrchy was given to the area by St. Hostyna, a place of pilgrimage shrouded in fables. Hostýn is a pearl among the monuments of the Hostýn Hills with a number of church monuments, which is one of the most famous Marian pilgrimage sites in our republic with the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the Stations of the Cross by Dušan Jurkovič.
