Arrival instructions 

Two days before, it is necessary to report by phone or SMS to 777 450 017 about an hour to arrive at the accommodation. If you are delayed by unforeseen circumstances on the way, please keep in touch, if you arrive at the accommodation later than you expected (just send an SMS), we will not keep you waiting for an hour at the apartments. 

Arrival and accommodation outside the summer season 14:00 - 16:00 !!! (unless otherwise agreed by phone in advance)

Later arrival at the accommodation, possibly even in the evening, is also possible by prior arrangement.

Departure by 10:00 a.m.!!! (unless otherwise agreed by phone in advance) 

Mandatory arrival and departure day - any

If there is free capacity (mainly outside the summer season), it is possible to check in from 7:00 a.m. in the morning. It is also possible to arrange a possible later departure (both must be checked in advance).

Due to not only the widespread ozone disinfection of all premises as part of hygiene and safety measures mainly related to COVID-19 before each arrival of guests, we need a longer period of time to prepare the apartments. If the clients alternate in the apartments in one day (which is mainly during summer season and holidays), your accommodation and handing over of the apartment is only possible later in the afternoon (around 5:00 p.m.). However, you can easily arrive in the morning as well hours, put your things in the fridge, or leave your luggage in the apartment, take over the keys to the apartment and go on a trip or use our outdoor terrace to relax. As soon as your apartment is ready, we will send you a message according to the agreement and it will be up to you when you return.
